Everyday examples

Appointments

Illustrative mock-up

You keep meaning to book the dentist, but the surgery only takes calls in work hours.

“UUKO, help me book a check-up next week, after 4pm if possible.”

  1. 1.UUKO asks which practice and any times you can't do.
  2. 2.UUKO prepares a request for you to read.
  3. 3.You approve it on your phone before anything is sent.

You see what was prepared and what is still waiting. Real bookings with outside providers are not connected yet.

Reminders

Illustrative mock-up

Bin day, prescriptions, the MOT — small things that slip.

“Remind me the night before bin day, every week.”

  1. 1.UUKO repeats back what it understood.
  2. 2.You confirm the time and how you'd like to be told.
  3. 3.The reminder appears in your dashboard list.

One clear list of what's coming up. Phone notifications are still being tested.

Weekend plans

Illustrative mock-up

Saturday has swimming, a birthday party and a food shop — and only one car.

“Help me sort out Saturday.”

  1. 1.UUKO lists what you've told it and spots the clash.
  2. 2.It suggests an order and a shopping list draft.
  3. 3.You change anything you like, then save the plan.

A simple plan for the day you can share. UUKO suggests; you decide.

How to get started

  1. Step 1

    Download or open

Use the website in your browser. Phone apps for Android and iPhone are being tested and aren't in app stores yet.

  2. Step 2

Create your account with your email and confirm it. Only you can see your own space.

  3. Step 3

    Choose a plan

Pick the UUKO plan that suits you. Add Family Circle later if you want it.

  4. Step 4

    Set up a payment mandate

Payments would use a secure Direct Debit mandate through GoCardless. This is still in test mode: no money is taken in the preview.

  5. Step 5

    Talk to UUKO

Type or speak in plain English. UUKO asks a question if it isn't sure, rather than guessing.

  6. Step 6

    Approve what matters

Anything that would act on your behalf waits for your approval, using your phone's secure unlock where supported.

  7. Step 7

    Get updates

Your dashboard shows what's done, what's waiting and what needs you.

  8. Step 8

    Stay in control of privacy

UUKO uses only what you share for your requests. You can see, change or remove it.

UUKO Call Assistant · preview

Your life. Your calls. Your choice. UUKO.

It’s like having your own celebrity-style personal assistant — without the celebrity budget.

Don’t feel like answering? UUKO can.

Preview · not yet available · pricing to be confirmed.

  1. 01

    Your phone rings

You’re mid-workout, on the school run or simply off the clock.

  2. 02

    You live your life

Let it ring. If your network supports call diversion and you’ve switched it on, the call can come to UUKO.

  3. 03

    UUKO picks up

UUKO says it’s an AI assistant, explains it will note the message, and asks what the caller needs.

  4. 04

    You get the gist

A short, readable note in your app — not a wall of transcript.

  5. 05

    You decide

Call back, remind me later, or let UUKO suggest a time. Nothing is booked until you confirm.

Fictional call · interactive preview

The gist, not the transcript.

Alex leaves a message. You get the essentials, can choose to listen, and decide what happens next.

Concept only · not available. Plan inclusion and pricing are not approved. No calls, recordings, calendar connections or notifications are live.

One fictional call

Your call. Your choices.

Alex, a fictional caller, asks you to call back about a bicycle repair. These choices apply only to this example and reset when you leave.

When would calls be forwarded?

Each option depends on your carrier and plan. “All calls” is unconditional forwarding: your phone may not ring first. Ring delays are carrier-controlled, not an exact three-ring promise or app interception.

Calendar access is not connected. A future suggestion would check only explicitly authorised availability, disclose no private event details to callers, and wait for your confirmation before any booking.

UUKO

Call Assistant · fictional preview

Fictional call in progress

You can’t answer right now

Alex calls your own mobile. UUKO cannot intercept the call; only your carrier could forward it under your chosen condition.

Concept dashboard, not a real account. No personal data is entered or saved. The follow-up button cannot place a call, save a reminder or approve a real action.

Check compatibility first.

Your carrier, plan and phone must support your chosen forwarding option. Check charges, roaming and how to restore voicemail. Agree permissions, rehearse and obtain separate activation approval before any future pilot.

Explore Personal Assistant setup
Forwarding, testing and switching off
  • Check your mobile plan

Ask your carrier whether your plan, device, SIM and voicemail support the forwarding option you want, what it costs, and how to undo it. Dual SIM, roaming and Wi-Fi calling need separate checks. No carrier has been verified for this concept.

  • Agree what UUKO may do

Choose messages and callback requests. Appointment suggestions would need separate, explicit calendar permission. Review the AI greeting, recording/transcription notice and privacy choices first.

  • Set forwarding with your carrier

Only in an approved future pilot: use your carrier’s current instructions and an authorised destination. Save your existing voicemail settings first. No forwarding codes or real destination numbers are supplied here.

  • Make a test call

From another phone, test the selected condition, greeting, message, summary and fallback. Verify what happens when UUKO is unavailable. Do not rely on the service until those checks pass.

  • Switch off and check

Use your carrier’s current instructions to cancel forwarding and restore your saved voicemail settings. Turning off UUKO alone does not undo carrier forwarding. Call again to confirm your phone and voicemail work normally.

Privacy, Family Circle and safe fallback

Caller ID is a hint, never proof of identity. No payments, passwords, sensitive account changes or approval by phone. Caller requests would stay in your own account, with permissions, an audit trail and human confirmation for consequential steps.

Family Circle is an optional paid add-on. Adults must choose to join and agree what is shared. Only approved guardians may confirm changes to child collection; UUKO never makes sensitive decisions automatically or shares child details with unverified people.

Before a pilot: UK privacy and recording/transcription review, minimal retention, deletion and access controls, and a tested outage plan. Carrier voicemail fallback is not guaranteed; the safe route and carrier-level reversal must be tested. Not for emergencies.

No phone provider is selected or enabled. Compatibility, calendar permission handling, call quality, notification delivery and outage recovery remain unverified.

Sample data · nothing here is live

UUKO follows through, so you don't have to.

Practical everyday journeys. "Working prototype" means you can try it here with made-up data; "illustrative preview" means it's still being designed. None are connected to real calendars, couriers, shops or payments yet.

Follow-Through

Working prototype · not live
The problem:
Promised call-backs and quotes slip through the cracks.
UUKO helps:
UUKO tracks every promise with an owner and deadline, reminds, and flags anything overdue to a person.
The result:
Nothing quietly forgotten — and you can see what failed.

Delivery & Returns

Working prototype · not live
The problem:
Return windows close before you notice.
UUKO helps:
You add the parcel; UUKO reminds you of deliveries, return deadlines and collections, and works with Smart Doorstep.
The result:
Refunds you'd otherwise miss. Not connected to any courier or shop.

Renewals & Savings Watch

Illustrative preview · not live
The problem:
Subscriptions and warranties renew without warning.
UUKO helps:
UUKO reminds you before renewal dates you've shared and lays out options.
The result:
You decide. UUKO never buys, cancels or signs anything.

Scam & Unusual Request Screening

Illustrative preview · not live
The problem:
An 'urgent' message asks for gift cards or a one-time code.
UUKO helps:
UUKO flags unusual signs, pauses and asks you to confirm it's you before anything sensitive.
The result:
A second pair of eyes — never a guarantee, and UUKO never takes payment details.

Optional · illustrative preview — not connected to a real doorbell

Busy when the courier knocks? UUKO can handle the doorstep.

You set the rules: where parcels go, a friendly dog warning, and what's never shared. UUKO tells visitors it's an a.i., never says whether anyone is home, and checks with you before anything like a signature or payment. It can't unlock doors, open gates or touch alarms. Not yet available, and no doorbell brand is connected; pricing TBC.

UUKO Smart Doorstep · optional

Illustrative preview — not connected to a real doorbell

Neighbour drop-off: off until your neighbour agrees themselves (not available in this preview). Always on: UUKO says it's an a.i., never says if anyone is home, and can't unlock, open gates or turn off alarms.

Family Circle

Add your household to UUKO so trusted adults can help with everyday things like school collections. It's an extra you can choose — not included in UUKO as standard.

  1. 1

    Parent asks

“UUKO, can Nan collect Amira from school on Thursday?”

  2. 2

    Request sent

Only to a relative you've already invited and allowed to collect.

  3. 3

    Relative accepts

Nan sees the request and taps Accept — or Decline.

  4. 4

    Parent confirmed

You get a confirmation. Nothing is assumed until Nan accepts.

  • Only adults you invite and approve can take part.
  • Each person has only the permissions you give them — you can remove them any time.
  • No location tracking, no reading private messages.
  • Children's details aren't collected in this preview; real child data waits for legal and safeguarding review.
  • Nothing is confirmed until the relative actually accepts.
  • UUKO never pretends to be you or the emergency services.
