AI governance

Let routine work flow. Keep important decisions.

AI governance means keeping artificial intelligence within agreed business rules. It defines what may run, what needs approval and when a person takes over. AUTOBOTSZ builds those boundaries into workflows, with recorded decisions and checks on the outcome.

Your rules determine autonomy

Your rules decide what runs, what waits for approval, what is blocked, and what gets escalated. Your Customer Constitution records those agreed boundaries for each workflow.

  • May Do · Ask First · Never Do · Escalate
  • Named approvers for consequential decisions
  • Review conditions and evidence requirements

Control without approving every step

You do not need to review every routine task. Your rules can let permitted work run while consequential actions wait for the appropriate authority. For example, preparing a draft may be allowed while publishing it requires approval. Decisions remain recorded; mobile confirmation does not replace account permissions.

Separate data. Clear access. Recorded actions.

Each client's data is kept separate, access follows assigned roles, and actions leave an audit trail. If permission cannot be confirmed, the system stops rather than guessing.

  • Businesses cannot access each other's private information
  • Access follows assigned responsibilities
  • Stops if a required check cannot be verified

Make exceptions visible

An unclear request, failed check or action outside your limits should not disappear into a workflow. The configured process surfaces it to the responsible person. Notifications can draw attention where enabled; the recorded case and approval context remain the basis for a decision.

Human-in-the-loop approvals, where they matter

Approval authority belongs to the authorised account, not an assistant or a device check. Sensitive approval flows use the applicable re-authentication checks. A biometric confirmation does not identify whose face or fingerprint was used and never creates permission. Mobile availability remains subject to release; these controls are not a certification or a promise about every connected system.

Common questions

What does AI governance mean for a business?

Clear, enforced rules about what AI-assisted work can do, who is accountable, and how results are verified and recorded.

What is AI agent governance?

Governance applied to AI agents that take steps in workflows: their permissions, approval requirements, limits and escalation paths.

Can governance be added after automation is live?

It is safer to define it first. AUTOBOTSZ agrees the rules during onboarding, before consequential live use.
