1. About this notice

This notice explains how the AUTOBOTSZ website uses cookies and similar technologies that store information on, or access information from, a user's device.

AUTOBOTSZ is operated by AUTOBOTSZ COMMERCE OS LTD, company number 17484053, registered in England and Wales.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Websites can use several forms of browser/device storage, including:

• cookies;
• local storage;
• session storage; and
• other browser storage or access technologies.

Our current public website has been designed to minimise these technologies.

3. Technologies currently identified

Scroll restoration

Remembers your chosen light or dark appearance when you return. Without a saved choice, the website uses your device's appearance preference.

Duration

Remains in this browser until you change it or clear browser storage. No automatic expiry is currently set.

UUKO dismissal for this visit

Technology

autobotsz_vybe_concierge_dismissed

Purpose

Set only when you choose to hide UUKO for this visit, so the website assistant stays hidden as you move between pages. It does not contain your conversation.

Duration

For this tab's session, normally until the tab closes; browser session restoration may preserve it. UUKO conversation is kept in page memory only, not saved to browser storage, and is lost on reload.

Invitation and password-reset handling

Technology

Key

cp_pending_invite

Purpose

Temporarily retains an invitation code while you sign in or set your password, so it can be checked against your authenticated account. It does not remember your password and is not used for marketing. Password-reset link details are processed in page memory and by the authentication service.

Duration

Removed when invitation acceptance succeeds or most acceptance errors occur. Kept if the signed-in email does not match, so you can retry with the correct account; it may also remain if you leave before completing the flow. Otherwise it lasts for the tab's session, subject to browser session restoration. Temporary reset-link page memory clears on reload or leaving the page.

Authorised account authentication

Purpose

Maintains the authenticated session when an authorised client or owner signs in, or follows an account invitation/reset link. Native mobile apps use protected device credential storage instead.

Who uses it

This functionality relates to the AUTOBOTSZ authentication service provided through the managed application infrastructure.

Duration

Persists as required for the authenticated session until sign-out and subject to the authentication service's session/refresh configuration.

This storage relates to account access, not ordinary browsing. The authentication service may also keep temporary security information during sign-in or password-reset flows. Session expiry and refresh depend on the configured authentication service; no fixed retention period is asserted here.

4. Ordinary visitor cookies

At the time of our latest technical audit, ordinary visits to the tested public AUTOBOTSZ pages did not result in conventional website cookies being set by the AUTOBOTSZ application.

If the implementation changes, this notice will need to be reviewed.

5. Analytics and advertising

AUTOBOTSZ does not currently use:

• Google Analytics;
• Google Tag Manager;
• Meta Pixel;
• advertising trackers;
• behavioural advertising technologies;
• heatmaps; or
• session-recording tools

on the audited public website.

We will review applicable consent and transparency requirements before introducing non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technologies.

6. Fonts

The current updated AUTOBOTSZ website build serves its website fonts locally and is designed not to contact Google Fonts merely to display the website.

The locally served fonts are Manrope, Chakra Petch, JetBrains Mono and Instrument Serif.

7. WhatsApp

The presence of a WhatsApp link on an AUTOBOTSZ page does not, based on the current audited implementation, itself cause the website to contact WhatsApp/Meta.

A connection to WhatsApp occurs when you choose to activate the WhatsApp link.

WhatsApp/Meta may then use its own cookies, storage technologies or other processing under its own applicable terms and privacy arrangements.

8. Cookie/technology consent

Our current implementation does not intentionally deploy advertising or behavioural-tracking technologies.

The storage above supports appearance, navigation, your requested assistant dismissal and account/invitation functions. Classification of these uses and this notice remains subject to legal review.

We therefore do not currently display a general tracking-consent banner.

We will review this position before adding any technology that requires consent or another user choice under applicable law.

No optional analytics or marketing technologies are enabled. If approved optional technologies are introduced, they must stay off until you opt in. You will be offered equally prominent Accept all, Reject optional and Manage preferences choices, with separate analytics and marketing categories initially off.

You can open Cookie preferences below. While there are no optional technologies, this does not save a consent record. If optional technologies are later enabled, your choice will be stored in this browser for up to 180 days under autobotsz-optional-consent-v1 in localStorage, unless changed or cleared sooner. A website-wide preferences control will let you change or withdraw permission; withdrawal must stop the relevant technology and remove its optional storage. It cannot undo processing that has already occurred.

9. Controlling browser storage

You can use your browser controls to inspect, block or remove cookies and browser storage.

Blocking storage required by a requested feature may prevent it working. Removing authentication storage may sign you out; clearing theme storage resets the saved appearance; clearing UUKO dismissal lets its launcher appear again. Rejecting optional technologies must not prevent essential functions from working.

10. Changes to this notice

We will review this notice when:

• website technology changes;
• analytics or marketing tools are introduced;
• authentication technology changes;
• third-party integrations change; or
• applicable legal or regulatory requirements change.
